Senior Supervisor, Environmental Science - (PSEP)

Duties and Responsibilities Oversees the development of necessary documents for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and federal and state policies and guidance during project siting, construction, and operations. Leads the team in conducting environmental studies and assessments to evaluate potential impacts from operational activities. Negotiates and administers license and permit applications and response actions to ensure compliance with existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Oversees the conducting of environmental risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. Formulates the basis for environmental studies in various fields by analyzing and evaluating relevant data. Develops and maintains procedures and programs to assist facilities in complying with environmental laws and regulations. Develops professional and scientific methodology to identify and evaluate environmental or occupational hazards.

Performs regular site visits and field walks to validate current conditions. Performs other duties as assigned.
