Supervisor, CAD/CAE Drafting Technical Specialty - DOT

Primary Purpose Oversees drafting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant design deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities Supervises day-to-day drafting activities and ensures adherence to company and safety standards. Assigns tasks and monitors progress to meet project deadlines. Reviews and approves drawings for accuracy and compliance. Provides technical guidance and resolves complex drafting issues.

Coordinates with engineers and project managers to align drafting deliverables. Maintains computer-aided drafting (CAD) systems and recommends upgrades as needed. Develops and implements drafting process improvements. Trains and mentors team members to enhance skills and performance. Performs other duties as assigned.
