Primary Purpose Oversees daily field activities, including crew scheduling and outage restoration in accordance to compliance and safety standards. Coordinates resources to ensure safe execution of work on energy delivery assets and timely service restoration. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day field activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
Assigns work orders, schedules crews, and monitors progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of tasks. Conducts on-site inspections to verify quality and adherence to operational guidelines. Provides technical guidance and resolves routine operational issues for field staff. Maintains accurate records of work performed, safety checks, and resource utilization. Communicates with customers and stakeholders to address service concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Supports emergency response and restoration activities. Reinforces safety culture through regular training and field audits. Performs other duties as assigned.
