Technology Engineer

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Technology Engineer . Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: This position will assist with developing our ERC facility into a world class fully functional engine rebuild center.

They will be involved in many aspects of the operation. This will be a very "hands on" type of position. Primary Responsibilities: Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Develop proper procedures and techniques for disassembling natural gas and other types of engines. Efficiency will be a key factor. Focus on continuous improvement in quality, reliability, velocity and efficiency.

Develop proper procedures and techniques for assembling engines and all components. Document all processes and procedures for future use, training and input into our process software. Provide input on our process for quality and reliability through Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other systems available. Assist the facility with all types of engineering support including design of fixtures and tooling Focus on continuous improvement for all processes Assist with developing appropriate contamination control measures.

Evaluate available technologies that may be useful in our operation. Assist in the devilment and implementation of Capital Projects. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have an engineering degree, or technology engineering degree, or a combination of education and experience acceptable to the company.
