Duties and Responsibilities Ensures the operational performance of the vehicle fleet across multiple sites or business units. Reviews inspection and maintenance reports to ensure timely servicing and repairs, maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Collaborates with Procurement to support vehicle acquisition, specification alignment, and long-term utilization planning. Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance fleet efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize the use of resources. Serves as a point of guidance for junior team members, promoting best practices and ensuring accurate, audit-ready recordkeeping in line with regulatory requirements.
