You will oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and the loading/unloading process while driving performance and maintaining a strong safety culture. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of the warehouse including safety & administrative functions. Train warehouse associates on operations, policies, and procedures. Oversee efficient truck loading & unloading, proper material handling, accurate receiving & shipping, and a clean, well-maintained warehouse.
Ensure precise inventory control through consistent tracking, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy processes. Manage fleet equipment. Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and service levels. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. Uphold Safety standards in all operations.
