Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Install, repair, and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment. Handle tasks related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
