What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, loving, and nurturing environment where infants feel secure and supported. Provide attentive, responsive care that meets each infant's individual developmental and emotional needs. Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleeping schedules while maintaining safe sleep practices.

Support developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, music, movement, and age-appropriate activities. Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® through engaging, developmentally appropriate infant experiences. Observe and celebrate each infant's growth, progress, and achievements. Maintain open, positive communication with families through daily updates, our parent communication app, and personal interactions.

Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership to maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Follow all Texas childcare licensing requirements, health and safety procedures, and center policies. What We're Looking For A genuine love for babies and a passion for early childhood development. A patient, nurturing, dependable, and attentive personality. High School Diploma or GED required.

At least two years of professional childcare experience preferred; infant classroom experience is a plus. 2+ years of infant care or early childhood education experience highly valued! CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus. Knowledge of infant developmental milestones, safe sleep practices, and age-appropriate care. Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
