Provide a safe, loving environment where toddlers can learn and grow. Track developmental milestones and communicate with families.

Lead and support assistant teachers. Incorporate sensory play, language development, and social-emotional learning. Maintain classroom safety and meet state licensing requirements. 💛 What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. 1–2 years of childcare experience. Knowledge of toddler development and classroom management. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
