Our unmatched customer care standards and innovative solutions make us industry leaders. **Role and Responsibilities:** As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will: 1. **Team Leadership and Development:** - Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity. 2. **Operational Efficiency:** - Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. - Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.

**Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry. - Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
