HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking dedicated overnight caregivers for predictable 3rd-shift opportunities.

What You’ll Do / Core Responsibilities Maintain active, awake supervision throughout the shift to assist with nighttime mobility, transfers, and bathroom visits. Provide steady reassurance and calm companionship for clients who may experience sleep disruptions. Complete designated quiet light housekeeping tasks and prep morning items as defined by the client’s care plan. Document overnight observations and communicate early-morning client updates to management.

Requirements / Expectations Proven ability to remain fully alert, engaged, and attentive during overnight hours. Exceptional reliability and precise adherence to the authorized care plan.
