We are currently hiring Lead and Assistant Teachers for our Two-Year-Old Preschool classroom . At The Goddard School, we believe young children learn best when they feel safe, loved, supported, and encouraged to explore. Our teachers help children build confidence, curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. About Our School We are a year-round early childhood education program serving children 6 weeks through 6 years old , along with After School care for elementary-aged students.

What We're Looking For We are looking for teachers who: Love working with young children and celebrating their milestones Are nurturing, patient, enthusiastic, and dependable Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Have strong communication and teamwork skills Are committed to growing professionally in the field of Early Childhood Education Bring creativity, energy, and a positive attitude to the classroom Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Commitment to the safety, care, and well-being of young children For Lead Teachers: CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Previous classroom experience preferred For Assistant Teachers: Early Childhood Education or Child Development education is a plus Previous childcare experience is preferred, but we are happy to help the right candidate grow!
