Responsibilities Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and equipment Supervise subcontractors and project team members Inspect job sites for quality, scope, safety, and timeline compliance Resolve project issues and provide daily status updates Communicate professionally with customers throughout the restoration process Ensure projects meet deadlines and Rainbow Restoration standards Qualifications Extensive reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling experience Proven leadership and project-management skills Strong organization, planning, communication, and negotiation abilities Experience managing budgets, schedules, and conflicts Xactimate/XactAnalysis knowledge is a plus Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and good driving record Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in tight spaces We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional customer service.
