Position Summary As a Shift Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations during your shift by supporting your team, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership career in the restaurant industry. What You'll Do Lead and support restaurant operations during each shift. Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Complete daily paperwork, shift inventories, and operational reports. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards. Train team members on restaurant procedures, POS systems, and customer service best practices. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude with a passion for developing people and serving guests.
