What we’re looking for We’re especially interested in teachers who bring strong early childhood experience, sound classroom leadership, and a passion for helping toddlers learn and grow. Qualified candidates should have: Experience teaching or assisting in a licensed early childhood program preferred Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children Ability to create a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Ability to meet all local child care licensing requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
