Documents, analyzes and reports real estate trends and activity with emphasis on agriculture real estate trends to Appraisal and Risk Management Leadership 15% Inspections When necessary, completes physical inspection of land and improvements, take photographs and/or interview parties knowledgeable of the property. Conduct remote property inspections utilizing aerial imagery, street-level photography, GIS mapping systems, public records, and other available technologies to analyze property characteristics and support valuation conclusions.
