Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage the Master Production Plan to align demand, capacity, inventory, and business objectives. - Analyze sales forecasts, demand trends, and capacity utilization to support effective planning decisions. - Lead the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process and drive cross-functional alignment. - Monitor demand-supply balance and adjust production plans to address risks and changing business conditions.
- Identify and mitigate demand, supply, inventory, and capacity risks. - Drive planning improvements through data analysis, scenario planning, and KPI management. - Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to optimize service, inventory, and operational performance. - Coach and develop the planning team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Prepare business reviews and management reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and support long-term capacity, inventory, and supply chain strategy. - Drive planning transformation, digitalization, and process excellence initiatives.
