Programme Purpose Growthpoint is seeking ambitious graduates for its 2027 Graduate Programme. This 12-month experience is designed to ignite potential and empower graduates to make a lasting impact within South Africa's largest JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Key Responsibilities Apply academic knowledge to real-world property settings and collaborate with industry leaders. Solve complex problems to improve service delivery and drive innovation.

Craft impactful reports, briefings, and presentations for various stakeholders. Support strategic implementation by monitoring progress and reviewing action plans. Build professional networks and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Requirements Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in one of the following fields: Construction, Building Science, or Civil Engineering. Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Deadline-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills. Self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and a collaborative spirit. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
