Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships across an assigned portfolio of customer accounts Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and account management activities Work closely with senior account managers to develop account strategies and customer growth plans Oversee contract renewals, agreement management, and profitability across accounts Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell additional IT solutions and services Coordinate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple client environments Requirements: Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a client facing sales role Strong communication and relationship building skills Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously Commercially minded with strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability Background within IT, MSP, technology, or telecommunications environments highly advantageous Motivated, organised, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment Location: Blackburn North, Melbourne with occasional travel to customer sites across Melbourne.
