Accountant

HJB Management, an accounting firm with an extensive list of action sports clients and located in Beverly Hills, Ca. is looking for an Accountant. DUTIES: • Plans, leads, organize and control the general Accounting of the company. • Handles the recording and analyzing of the clients' financial information (general ledger posting, maintenance and reconciliation of accounts) and preparing the companies’ financial statements (i.e.

balance sheet, profit and loss statements, etc.) with summaries of assets (i.e. cash, inventories, customer receivables) as well as liabilities in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles on our clients’ behalf. • Handles the preparation of reports on annual budget, cost and asset management and establish and maintain internal control procedures. • Responsible in establishing, modifying, documenting and coordinating implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
