Accountint Assistant

In this Accounting Assistant/Accounting Assistant position, you will be the silent engine behind smooth financial operations. You combine accuracy with service and keep an overview, even when a lot is happening at once. Specifically, you will be working on: - Drafting and sending invoices - Follow-up on payments, including reminders and dunning letters - Correctly processing payment arrangements and payments received - Checking and processing account statements - Answering internal queries and customer-related financial questions - Structuring financial records so that files are always in order
