Accounts Assistant job in Singapore SGD2500-3500/month

Description Accounts Assistant job in Singapore Preparation and issuance of invoices, Credit and Debit notes. Perform accounts receivables functions weekly preparation of customers ageing report, timely updating of customer receipts. Follow up on collection of overdue accounts. Monitoring of customer credit limits. Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries. Generating Debtor aging reports for Manager.

Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function. Assist in internal and external audit matters. Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Min. Diploma in Accounting/ GCE”O”/”N” level, fresh leaver are welcome. Min. 1 year experience with basic accounting knowledge Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vlookup, etc.) Knowledge and experience in Autocount accounting software will be an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with various levels. Possess initiative, meticulousness and great organizational skill with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
