To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 892475 Estimated Weekly Gross: $838.82 Job Title Medical Receptionist Location Neptune, NJ Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Onsite | Float (travel to various locations within 30 minutes of home) Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience throughout their visit Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying demographic and insurance information, collecting copayments and balances, obtaining referrals, and scheduling appointments Answer and direct all incoming communications in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and office policy Support financial responsibilities including verifying billing information, preparing bank deposits, processing credit card batches, and accurately recording daily cash receipts Maintain filing and records management systems; assemble new patient folders and retrieve or return records per established protocol Serve as a pre-loader for the EMR system and perform other general clerical and administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel to various office locations within 30 minutes of home Strong accountability, teamwork, and patient-focused approach to service delivery Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient and practice needs Willingness to cross-cover and adjust schedule to meet practice coverage needs Preferred Experience / Skills Prior receptionist or clerical experience in a medical office setting Experience with Epic EMR system CPR certification Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-location medical practice environment with exposure to a variety of clinical settings Play a meaningful role in improving the patient experience and supporting quality care delivery To Apply for this Job Click Here
