Affiliate Manager MVAS, Ecom, Sweep direct advertiser J512

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our team and independently manage affiliate relationships, campaign performance, and day-to-day partner operations across multiple markets. This role is suited to someone who already has hands-on affiliate marketing experience, understands performance-driven environments, and is comfortable taking ownership of campaigns, partner communication, and optimisation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing • Managing and growing affiliate partnerships across multiple campaigns and GEOs • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities based on KPIs and traffic quality • Analysing data and performance trends to support scaling decisions and revenue growth • Maintaining direct communication with affiliate partners, negotiating placements, and strengthening relationships • Coordinating campaign launches, offer updates, and operational changes with internal teams • Monitoring traffic behaviour, compliance, and overall campaign quality • Keeping organised oversight of offers, reporting, and partner activity • Contributing ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and affiliate operations • Representing the company at affiliate conferences, networking events, and industry fairs when required, including occasional travel
