In this role, you will evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the development of more accurate and reliable AI models through expert-level assessment and annotation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering) Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement Review and fact-check AI outputs for accuracy, logic, and professional quality Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and business communications Perform independent research and data interpretation to support content evaluation Apply professional editing standards to ensure high-quality written deliverables Annotate data and provide structured feedback aligned with project guidelines Required Skills Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities Expertise in AI output evaluation and content review Proficiency in prompt authoring, refinement, and prompt engineering Excellent written communication, professional writing, and technical editing skills Experience with data annotation, rubric-based evaluation, and RLHF workflows Solid background in business operations and business communication Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Ability to work independently and manage research-driven tasks This is a contractor engagement offering competitive hourly compensation between $100 and $200/hr, fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.
