Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess AI-generated content using rubric-based and structured evaluation frameworks Author, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance (Prompt Engineering) Conduct RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks to guide model improvement Review and annotate data for accuracy, clarity, and domain relevance Perform fact-checking and technical editing on AI outputs Write and review professional business communications, reports, and technical documentation Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking to identify gaps or errors in AI responses Conduct independent research to validate claims and support content evaluation Required Skills Critical thinking and analytical reasoning AI output evaluation and content review Prompt authoring, refinement, and engineering Data annotation and interpretation Professional writing, report writing, and technical documentation Rubric-based and AI model evaluation RLHF methodology Attention to detail and quality assurance Professional editing and independent research This is a fully remote contractor opportunity open to qualified candidates worldwide.
