Allied: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Occupational Therapy Assistant We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide valuable therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The ideal candidate will adhere to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines to assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence. Responsibilities Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the OT plan of care.

Document patient progress with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in educating patients and their families about therapy and treatment plans. Communicate patient status effectively to the supervising OT. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Possession of an active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
