Allied: Physical Therapist – Home Health

Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health to provide exceptional patient care in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with adult health care and be committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. Job Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in their homes.

Perform six patient visits per day, ensuring quality care and efficient patient management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and well-being. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Work Schedule This position will operate on a full-time schedule of five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Current Physical Therapy license in Maryland. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. First-time applicants are welcome to apply. Openness to accommodating block scheduling is preferred. No weekend or on-call requirements are necessary for this role. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Only one request for time off (RTO) will be permitted.

Guaranteed Hours This position guarantees 40 hours of work per week.
