Physical Therapist We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate. Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care. Document services accurately and in a timely manner. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families. Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT). Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills. Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules.
