Physical Therapist Assistant Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. Assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing function, and meeting their treatment goals. Responsibilities Deliver therapy interventions according to the physical therapist's plan of care.
Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately. Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs. Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising physical therapist. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or the ability to obtain one).
Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
