Build lasting customer relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region by providing responsive, high-quality pre- and post-sales technical support for RF test and measurement instruments and applications Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and Account Managers across the region to align on customer needs and deliver coordinated, high-impact technical and sales support Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions customized to customer applications Provide customer engineering teams with hands-on training, application guides, and on-site support tailored to their specific tools, workflows, and measurement challenges Partner with R&D and product teams to relay customer insights from the field and help drive product roadmap decisions that reflect real-world application needs
