Application Operations & Automation Engineer

Operate and support enterprise applications in Linux and Windows environments Ensure availability, stability, and performance of production systems Monitor applications and platforms; handle incidents and problems according to SLAs Perform troubleshooting across application, OS, and platform layers Identify and automate recurring operational tasks using scripting and standard tools Leverage advanced / AIOps-enabled monitoring features to improve operational efficiency and incident prevention Support containerized applications, including Kubernetes operations Work closely with the Team Manager, development, infrastructure, and external partners Support application-related activities such as deployments, upgrades, and migrations
