Top Heavy Design Studios is seeking a positive, motivated individual for the following position: Art Dept. assistant(full-time position) Job Description: This position is responsible for providing assistance to art director and art staff. You must be able to multitask and juggle like a pro. The strong ability to communicate with customers is critical, must have screenprinting/computer knowledge. You will work as a go between of the art dept.
and customer service. Must have a strong understanding of apparel design and how it translates to a shirt! Duties would include, but not limited to: - Creating tech packs from art designed. - Developing relationships with specific clients to assist with technical support concerning art /printing. - Work directly with the creative team to assist with catalogs,samples, general organization. Job Requirements: Need to be proficient in Mac based Illustrator and Photoshop.
5 years experience in screen printing/apparel is important. We are a fast paced environment - you must be able to manage several projects at one time. Great communication skills a must.
