Asset Servicing – Operations Associate Southern Connecticut Asset Servicing – Operations Associate Operations is one of the divisions of the firm that has a diverse set of responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording thousands of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risk, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT.

Throughout, the operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new business, structures and markets. We are looking to hire a full-time Operations Associate to join our Asset Servicing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience specializing in Corporate Actions with a focus on international and domestic equities, pricing, security data and/or master support.

Requirements: • Working knowledge of research tools such as Bloomberg to independently gather relevant market data • Bachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of experience, preferably at a prime broker or custodian bank • In addition to core operations and portfolio accounting skills, we are seeking individuals who possess strong interpersonal, communication and client service skills. • Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapidly changing, team based work environment.
