Associate Dentist – Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset – Part Time MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Westbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Position Details: Available as soon as possible. Notice periods are taken into consideration. Part-time opportunity, 3 days per week. Surgery space on Tuesdays 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm plus Saturdays (hours to be discussed) Permanent Associate role with a 3-month notice period.
Remuneration & Benefits: Mixed NHS & Private role. Up to 3000 UDAs available at a negotiable UDA rate. Excellent private income potential. Dentist will inherit a stable and established patient list from outgoing Associate. Performance based reward worth £10,000 payable over 2 years. In-house support from a marketing team and treatment co-ordinator. Typical earnings of £40,000-£100,000 depending on the number of days worked, UDA target & Private skillset.
Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals. Practice Details: 6 surgery mixed practice. 5 Dentists already in situ. Clinical support from a Hygienist. Onsite Specialists in Oral Surgery and Implants. Location & Travel: Free car parking available. Under a 30-40 minute drive from Westbourne, Branksome Park, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks, Bournemouth town centre, Talbot Woods, Parkstone, and Poole town centre Requirements: GDC registration.
