Responsibilities include leading and developing Advisors Technicians and support staff with clear goals daily coaching and visible accountability, owning the service workflow from check in to delivery using smart dispatch accurate promises and clean communication, driving shop productivity efficiency and quality while protecting the customer experience and the Audi brand, partnering with Parts to improve first time fill reduce special order aging and protect cycle time, managing schedule load capacity planning and loaner coordination to reduce bottlenecks and protect CSI, auditing for quality and safety and ensuring compliance with Audi standards warranty policies and documentation, monitoring KPIs daily removing obstacles quickly and communicating progress to the team and leadership, hiring onboarding and developing talent with structured training career paths and performance reviews, owning financial performance including gross ELR expense control and warranty recovery, and collaborating with Parts and Accounting for seamless operations.

Key metrics include CSI and NPS and response rate, hours per RO and effective labor rate, technician efficiency and proficiency, same day and next day appointments fulfilled, RO cycle time and on time promise accuracy, comeback rate and quality audit results, warranty compliance and recovery, and safety performance and audit readiness. Located in Beaverton OR at 13745 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy with easy access via TV Highway and the greater Portland metro, enjoy commutes from Hillsboro Tigard Portland and surrounding Washington County communities.

Candidates should have 5 or more years in dealership service leadership with measurable results, with luxury or premium import preferred, a proven team builder with clear standards and consistent follow through, expertise in DMS CDK scheduling dispatch and service analytics with strong Excel skills, a customer centric communicator who handles escalations with poise, an organized decisive and calm approach under pressure, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
