Audi Beaverton, part of Sunset Imports, is seeking a detail oriented experienced Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims efficiently and keep customers satisfied. This role oversees dealership warranty operations including claims submittals repair order management correct pricing and manufacturer authorizations while upholding Audi Beaverton’s standard of service and quality.
Responsibilities include providing additional vehicle and client information to technical staff as needed, ensuring proper documentation of condition cause and correction on all repair orders, adhering to manufacturer guidelines for submittal timelines, maintaining and updating a detailed schedule of warranty claims and statuses, ensuring correct pricing using the appropriate Labor Pricing Guide on all repair orders, properly documenting monetary information on all repair orders, ensuring correct parts and labor billing on all repair orders, obtaining manufacturer authorization before closing goodwill repair orders, submitting and closing repair orders, confirming the dealer is paid on time and accurately for submitted repair orders, creating journal entries and pay adjustments with management approval if a repair order pays differently than originally submitted, striving to exceed sales and client satisfaction objectives set by management, reporting to management any situation that jeopardizes the safety welfare or integrity of the dealership employees or clients, and performing other duties as assigned.
Located in Beaverton OR at 13745 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy with easy access via TV Highway and the greater Portland metro, enjoy commutes from Hillsboro Tigard Portland and surrounding Washington County communities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with additional education or certification in a related field as a plus, proven experience in warranty administration or a similar role, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, knowledge of warranty regulations and industry best practices as a plus, and a customer focused mindset with dedication to exceptional service.
