Bean & Berry Cafe Crew (Coffee, Smoothies & Dirty Sodas) | Downtown Tampa Bean & Berry Cafe is a coffee and smoothie spot at 401 E Jackson St, Suite 102, in Downtown Tampa. We serve espresso drinks, fresh smoothies, dirty sodas, breakfast sandwiches and a limited menu of sandwiches and salads, and we're looking for friendly, dependable people to help us grow. You don't need cafe experience.
We care more about showing up on time, a good attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll train you. What you'll do - Greet guests, take orders and run the register - Make coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies and dirty sodas - Help prepare breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches and salads - Prep fruit, syrups and toppings, and keep everything stocked - Help open or close the cafe and keep it clean - Keep the line moving with a smile during the morning rush Who we're looking for - Reliable, on time and easy to work with - Comfortable talking with guests - Available for weekday morning shifts - Students welcome, since shifts end by early afternoon Schedule Part-time, weekday mornings only (Monday to Friday, about 7:30am to 2:30pm).
No weekends. Pay $15 to $17 per hour plus pooled tips.
