Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with excellence and consistency. Maintain a clean, welcoming café space and uphold Tatu Coffee’s hospitality standards. Act as a front-line brand ambassador for both Tatu City and Tatu Coffee, engaging warmly with clients, visitors, and VIP guests. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a premium experience for visiting clients and partners.
Support and participate in VIP activations and client hospitality events, including tastings, presentations, and product launches. Provide insight and feedback from guest interactions to continuously improve service and storytelling. Manage inventory of café supplies and support ordering and stock-keeping. Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and uphold hygiene standards. Requirements Warm, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Relevant training and experience with brewing equipment. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Flexible to work various shifts.
