Bartender

Job Details We are currently hiring for Fridays and Saturdays ; and most likely an additional Monday to be confirmed. We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and focused bartender to join the team at our neighborhood cocktail lounge. We're seeking someone who is passionate about the craft, invested in the broader hospitality community, and excited to build relationships with brand representatives, distributors, and fellow industry professionals.

For the right candidate, there is potential for advancement to Head Bartender or Beverage Director , with increasing responsibility for menu development, beverage curation, and the overall direction of our cocktail program. We value self sufficiency, initiative, and creativity and want someone who is eager to grow and develop their craft. Someone who knows how to keep their cool, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail; whether it's a quiet Monday or a busy Saturday night. A professional who understands the importance of appearance, attitude, and reliability, especially during private parties, special events, and branded activations. Responsibilities Craft high-quality cocktails and provide personalized recommendations Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient bar Batch syrups, bitter, juices, and garnishes Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly Help create a seamless front-of-house experience with the rest of the team Schedule & Availability We’re currently hiring for Fridays & Saturdays; with potential for third shift based on availability (Mondays) Flexible availability is a preferred, especially for candidates who are open to covering/swapping shifts when needed and helping out teammates.
