What We're Looking For Native or near-native fluency in German, with business-level written English. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress). Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Sound, nuanced judgment when handling sensitive or dual-use information. Nice to Have Based in Germany or the broader Western Europe region (preferred, not required). Experience in content review, grading, or red-teaming written or technical material. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
