No prior AI or machine learning experience is needed — full training is provided. What You'll Do Craft expert-level prompts in Japanese spanning a range of sensitive subject areas.
Apply structured evaluation guidelines to classify prompts and model conversations. Identify adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting clear reasoning behind your assessments. What We're Looking For Native or near-native fluency in Japanese, with business-level written English. A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress). Strong written reasoning skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Sound judgment when handling sensitive or dual-use information. Nice to Have Based in Japan or the broader East Asia region (preferred, not required). Experience in content review, grading, or red-teaming written or technical material. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
