Our client is looking for a Bilingual Product Designer (EN/FR) to join our team and help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user experiences across digital products, from discovery to delivery Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis Design with accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness in mind Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) Proficiency in tools such as Figma (or equivalent design tools) Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, or digital platforms Familiarity with design systems at scale Experience conducting user research or working closely with UX researchers Front-end awareness (HTML/CSS basics) Salt is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
