This includes building partnerships with hiring managers, using various sourcing methods, and actively building a talent pool to support Randstad Sourceright’s growth.Why Randstad?The largest agency in Canada, second largest globallySubstantial growth opportunities (80% of managers promoted internally)Generous benefits, including 3 weeks vacation (4 after 2 years) and competitive salariesUp to 5% RRSP matching after 3 months and stock option plans from day oneKey ResponsibilitiesExecute candidate sourcing plans using appropriate search mechanisms (job sites, social media, internet searches)Interact with potential candidates, create recruitment emails, and coordinate with hiring managers.Identify qualified profiles using techniques like Boolean search.Maintain candidate databases (ATS) and track conversion rates.Conduct proactive research on clients' competitors and market trends.Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future openingsRequired Experience & SkillsAt least 5 years of experience in IT full cycle recruitmentFully fluent (written and spoken) in English and French (Bilingual required)Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to interact with clients at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or a related field (ideal).The pay salary for this position range is $96,800 to 130,000.
