Billing Manager

Job Requirements We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and a proven track record of success. The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the billing process for our hospital. This includes managing the billing staff, ensuring accuracy of billing information, and resolving any billing disputes.

The Billing Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing billing policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also have a strong understanding of medical billing and coding, as well as experience with various billing software systems.

Work Experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a billing or finance role • Knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload • Attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
