Company We’re currently supporting a leading global sustainable packaging organisation who are looking for a Blended Learning Designer to support a frontline leadership development programme. Role As the Blended Learning Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions as part of a frontline leadership development programme. You’ll work across a range of learning formats, combining digital, virtual, workshop and facilitator-led approaches to create effective learning experiences.
Experience within frontline leadership development, blended learning, behavioural or soft skills development is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include: Designing and developing blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face formats Supporting the development of a frontline leadership development programme Creating engaging workshop and facilitator-led learning experiences Working across leadership, behavioural and soft skills content Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant learning solutions Ensuring learning is engaging, practical and aligned to programme objectives Experience needed: Proven experience as a Blended Learning Designer, Learning Designer or similar Strong experience across digital, virtual, workshop and facilitator-led learning Experience designing learning around leadership, behavioural and soft skills Frontline leadership development experience is highly desirable Strong instructional and learning design capability Ability to work independently and manage multiple learning deliverables Why Apply?
