You get paid a real share of it. Role Brand Operator, Skinnies Instant Lifts + MindMint Location Remote, anywhere. You work European business hours Type Full-time, contractor basis Base $2,000/month Profit share 3% of gross profit on both brands, all channels.

This past year, this bonus would have been about $15k Launch share 6-8% of gross profit on net-new SKUs you launch in year one, then 4-6% in years two and three First big project Launch MindMint on TikTok Shop this winter The base is low on purpose. This role is built for someone who wants to be paid on results, not on hours. About Encore Pacific Brands Encore Pacific Brands acquires and operates consumer brands.

We do $20M+ a year across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, and we’re built to keep buying and growing brands. We’re a U.S. company with a remote team across Europe and Asia. We’re lean, we move fast, and we care about profit, not vanity revenue. We’re moving to an operator model. A small number of operators each own a set of products end to end, with shared teams behind them for supply chain and creative.

You’d be one of the first. The brands Skinnies Instant Lifts is live on all three channels. MindMint is on Amazon and Shopify today, and getting it onto TikTok Shop this winter is your first big project. Brand What it sells Amazon Shopify DTC TikTok Shop Skinnies Instant Lifts Clear, hypoallergenic body lifting tape for arms, thighs, and tummy, as seen on Shark Tank Live Live Live MindMint Affirmation and flash card decks for women, men, parents, kids, and students Live Live, due for a refresh Launching this week The channels feed each other.

A video that takes off on TikTok lifts Amazon sales and rank too. That’s why your profit share covers every channel, not just the ones you touch most. What you’ll own You own the P&L for both brands on every channel. If profit goes up, it’s because of your calls. If it goes down, you’re the first to know why and the first with a fix. Off-Amazon growth (most of your time) TikTok Shop: GMV Max and other TikTok ads, the affiliate and creator program, live and shoppable content, and the full MindMint launch Paid social: Facebook and Instagram ads, from creative testing to budget allocation Email and SMS: flows, campaigns, list growth, and retention Shopify DTC: offers, bundles, landing pages, and conversion rate Amazon Pricing, deals, coupons, and promotions Advertising: Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, with support from our in-house Amazon team Reading what’s happening on Amazon and acting on it, especially when TikTok traffic spills over Launches Own new product development for both brands.

We have a few ideas, but you decide what moves forward and you push it through, working with our sourcing and creative teams Demand planning Own demand planning and forecasting for both brands. Our supply chain team sits with you on it and checks every forecast before orders go out Reporting A short weekly scorecard on each brand: what moved, why, and what you’re doing about it Numbers first. If a dashboard answers it in five minutes, we don’t need a five-page deck.

Support you get You won’t do everything by hand. Shared teams handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on decisions. Supply chain: works through your forecasts with you, checks them, and handles purchase orders, inbound shipments, and inventory Creative: product photos, videos, listing images, and ad creative, requested through our ticket system Amazon team: day-to-day Amazon support and backup on advertising You still make the calls.

The shared teams execute. You tell them what you need, by when, and why. How your authority grows You start by recommending. There’s no fixed timeline. Authority grows as trust grows, and how fast that happens is up to you. At the start: You bring recommendations on budgets, promos, and pricing. Leadership approves. We’re learning how you think. Next stage: You own ad spend directly. Pricing changes still get a quick sign-off.

Full ownership: You own ad budgets, promotions, and pricing for both brands. You keep us informed, you don’t ask permission. What moves you up: clear recommendations with a number attached, calls that turn out right, and owning the ones that don’t. Who we’re looking for You don’t need TikTok Shop experience. It’s new for everyone. We care far more about how you think and how hard you push. You are: Crazy analytical.

You live in the numbers. You spot the metric that’s off before anyone asks, and you can explain why it moved. Relentlessly driven. You want to build something big and get paid for it. You don’t need a manager to tell you what’s next. A hard worker. You’ll put in the hours to win, especially during a launch. Decisive. When someone asks you a question, you come back with an answer and a recommendation, not another question.

Steady under pressure. You hold your position when the data backs you. You change it fast when it doesn’t. You don’t fold just because someone pushes back. Fast to the point. You get to the answer quickly and show your work in a few lines. Yourself. Use AI tools as much as you like. But the thinking, judgment, and ownership have to be yours. Nice to have: Experience running paid social, email/SMS, or TikTok Shop for a consumer brand Amazon seller experience Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and pulling your own data This role is not for you if: You want clear instructions and a fixed task list You’d rather polish a report than make a call You need a high base salary to feel secure You pass problems up instead of solving them Compensation You earn $2,000/month base plus a share of the gross profit you help create.

The more the brands make, the more you make, with no cap. Piece Rate Applies to Base $2,000/month Paid at the end of each month Profit share 3% of gross profit Both brands, all channels (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop) Launch share, year 1 6-8% of gross profit Net-new SKUs you launch, first 12 months from launch Launch share, years 2-3 4-6% of gross profit The same SKUs, months 13 to 36, then the regular profit share rate Year one of a launch is mostly about building rank.

The real profit usually shows up later, so the higher rate stays with you for three years. What counts as gross profit: revenue minus cost of goods, fulfillment fees, warehousing fees, marketplace and platform fees, returns, and advertising spend. What doesn’t get subtracted: company overhead, salaries and staffing, conferences, travel, and team events. You aren’t paying for costs you don’t control.

What this could look like: At today’s Amazon numbers alone, the 3% share works out to about $13,000 a year on top of your base. Shopify and TikTok Shop profit, growth, and new launches all add to that. Grow the brands and launch winners, and that number climbs fast. Everything is calculated and paid at the end of each month. How to apply Keep it short. Send your CV or LinkedIn and answer these three questions in your own words, a few sentences each: Tell us about a number you moved for a brand or business.

What was it, what did you do, and what happened? Tell us about a time you made a call someone senior disagreed with. What did you do? MindMint launches on TikTok Shop this winter. What’s the first metric you’d watch, and why? We read every answer. Generic or AI-written answers get cut. Our process: Short written application (above) 30-minute intro call Live working session: we share real brand data and watch how you think through it in real time Behavioral assessment (DISC and Driving Forces) Reference checks Offer The live session is the part that matters most.

There’s no way to prep for it except being good at this.
