Business Analyst (Level 2) Qualifications This individual must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst for Level 2, supporting business transformation initiatives in an IM/IT environment. The individual will have: Experience working on medium to large scale transformation project/initiative/program with multi-step business processes affecting IM/IT Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development; including Power Apps Portal, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps Experience with documentation and analysis of process models, workflow diagrams, business requirements, test scenarios and test cases Experience analyzing current (as-is) processes and developing target (to-be) processes Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization including Senior Leadership Teams Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle French is considered an asset
