Business Development Manager (Inbound, International

Strong Inbound Enterprise B2B Sales / Closure Profile with focus on Global Markets 2 Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of experience with atleast 2+ years in Enterprise B2B sales 3 Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have recent experience where the majority of sales responsibilities involved end-to-end lead handling — including lead qualification, consultation, nurturing, and conversion (this experience should be clearly mentioned in the resume along with relevant metrics).

4 Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have independently closed deals, with their largest individual closure being approximately ₹1–2 Cr 5 Mandatory (Tech skill 3) – Must have exposure to global markets apart from Indian market — US, UK & Middle East (MENA) 6 Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Must have significant experience handling enterprise accounts 7 Mandatory (Tech skill 5) – Must have experience dealing with CXO / senior executive-level decision makers (e.g., CEOs, CIOs, COOs, CMOs) in large enterprise accounts 8 Mandatory (Communication) – Must have strong verbal & written communication with confidence in global client handling 9 Mandatory (Company) – B2B IT services / IT consulting OR Design / creative services 10 Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 1.5 years with each of the previous companies.

1-2 short period employment is acceptable if there is atleast 1 stint of 2+ years with recent employer. 11 Mandatory (Domain Exclusion) – Candidates from Product Companies or Edtech services will not be considered 12 Mandatory (Note 1) – CTC is inclusive of variable (Variable depending on the performance in interview) 13 Mandatory (Note 2) – This is a complete IC role 14 Preferred (Domain Knowledge) – Understanding of the end-to-end digital experience lifecycle — discovery, UX/UI design, and development collaboration.

15 Preferred (Background) – Experience selling design / creative / digital-experience services to a global buyer base.
