The role will involve building relationships with hotel owners and landlords, developing a strong pipeline, negotiating commercial terms and taking opportunities through to signing and successful onboarding. Base can be anywhere in the UK, this is a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new hotel opportunities . Prospect, engage and build relationships with hotel owners, landlords, operators and investors.
Build and manage a high-quality business development pipeline, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to conversion. Warm up and qualify prospects, understand their requirements and present the most suitable commercial proposition. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations and close opportunities, including lease and franchise agreements, through to contract signing. Own opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, signing and property onboarding.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Revenue Management, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding.
